Specialized Care

In his 30 years of experience, Dr. Wiley has
become particularly skilled in dealing with
complicated problems related to skin
cancers
and moles, many of which have
been unsuccessfully treated elsewhere.

Following a complete consultation and
assessment, Dr. Wiley will recommend
the best course of treatment to meet
your specific needs and contribute to
your overall health and well-being.

Mole Exam

Routine procedures such as skin biopsies for the diagnosis and treatment of most skin cancers, as well as cryotherapy, are readily available. Specialized procedures are referred to the appropriate specialist and include most plastic surgery, sentinel node biopsy for evaluation of malignant melanoma, radiation therapy, and Moh’s surgery for certain complex skin cancers. Dr. Wiley’s guiding principle is to recommend the procedure that is in the best interest of the patient, whether it is provided here or elsewhere.

“This shell stuck out to me; it seemed out of place. That’s part of my nature as a doctor – I’m always scanning for abnormalities; questioning elements that seem out of the ordinary or out of place.”

- Henry E. Wiley, III, M.D.
